Activists stop family’s eviction
Published Feb 26, 2010 8:20 PM
An eviction blockade took place Feb. 19 in Dorchester, Mass. Women’s
Fightback Network activists from Boston joined members of City Life/Vida
Urbana, a housing activist organization, at the Nguyens’ home to support
the action, which helped to temporarily forestall the family’s eviction.
Everyone was asked to keep in contact with City Life in case of another
eviction threat by the bank.
